Bollywood superstar Sridevi passed away at 54 of cardiac arrest in Dubai. She had worked in Tamil, Telegu and Hindi films since the age of four.
Sridevi was married to producer Boney Kapoor, who was with her in the UAE along with daughter Khushi Kapoor and are reported to have been with her in her last moments.
The late actress was in the UAE to attend Mohit Marwah’s wedding, which was also attended by a host of Bollywood celebrities.
She was often regarded as India’s first female superstar and considered popular due to her pan-Indian appeal.
Her last film Mom released in 2017 while her eldest daughter Janhvi Kapoor is set to debut in films with Karan Johar’s Dhadak in July 2018.
