Fox Star India has released the motion poster of their upcoming film, Bombay Velvet starring superstar Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar.
Synopsis: Set against the backdrop of ambition, love, greed, and jazz – Bombay Velvet is the story of one ordinary man who goes against all odds and forges his destiny to become a ‘Big Shot’. The lights, the glamour, the charm, men in dapper suits and women with puffed up hairdos, the retro look of 60’s and 70’s has been brought to life beautifully by the actors and the man with great vision Anurag Kashyap.
For the first time Producer-Director Karan Johar will be playing a negative role. Also, this is the first time that Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma will be seen sharing space onscreen.
The movie, directed by Anurag Kashypa, is set to release in UK cinemas through 20th Century Fox on 15th May 2015.
