Bollywood royalty Abhishek Bachchan has been invited by the UEFA to attend the Champions League 2013 final taking place on 25th May in Wembley, London.
The actor, who is a huge Chelsea Football Club fan, will be attending the extremely hyped match with veteran cricketer Kapil Dev and Bollywood producer Bunty Walia in the British capital tomorrow.
The final will be played between German football clubs Dortmund and Bayern Munich.
A source told the Hindustan Times, “Abhishek is thrilled to attend such a huge sporting event. He will not only be able to watch the match live, but also interact with the players when they practice.”
“He has professed numerous times that he would love to see India play in the football World Cup finals, and that though we have talent to excel, we lack the infrastructure and support for the game,” added the source.
