The war between Kapil and Sunny Leone seems to be a thing of the past. There was major talk in December that Kapil had refused to have Sunny on his popular weekend show, which did not go down well with Sunny. But equations have changed now.
Comedy Nights With Kapil has pulled off a major coup by getting Sunny Leone and Ekta Kapoor together on the same platform. The show is known to invite youth icons as guests too, which explains the appearances made by popular cricketers in recent times.
The producers were keen to have an otherwise camera-shy Ekta Kapoor on the show and she consented as it was to promote the keenly awaited Ragini MMS-2, featuring Sunny Leone.
Within days of its launch, Baby Doll, the sensational Sunny Leone dance number from Ragini MMS-2 has emerged a thumping hit worldwide.
The track has recorded over 5.1 million views online till date and became the Most Trending Video on YouTube in no time, a rare feat for any Bollywood track. It is the current favorite among DJs in clubs and discotheques across the country and has made a smashing entry across the charts. Sunny’s oomph quotient in the track and its top-notch picturization have accentuated its runaway success.
Composed by Meet Bros Anjjan and written by Kumaar, ‘Baby Doll’ marks the playback debut of the London-based crooner, Kanika Kapoor, who shot to fame with her remix of Arif Lohar’s ‘Jugni Ji’. Following the overwhelming response to the track, the makers are also coming up with a remix.
“India has found its new Baby Doll,” says Tanuj Garg, CEO- Balaji Motion Pictures, who has just released the film’s next mega hip hop number, ’Chaar Botal Vodka’, shot on Sunny Leone and Yo Yo Honey Singh.
Music magnate Bhushan Kumar confirmed the instant success story: “It’s a monster hit!”
There was a rather unusual theft on the sets of Ragini MMS-2. Sunny Leone’s designer lingerie, which she has worn in certain scenes in the film, went missing.
After Sunny shot a few scenes wearing high-end grey colored lingerie, the crew was astonished to see it missing. Sunny is extremely particular about wearing top-end designer lingerie to protect her skin.
As she is picky about her lingerie and to maintain continuity of the shoot, the producers had to order same product again online, which took a couple of days to deliver. Subsequently security on the sets was beefed up to avoid future incidents.

The keenly awaited dance tune, ‘Laila Teri Le Legi’ featuring John Abraham, Tusshar and the sensational Sunny Leone, was recently under the Censor Board scanner. Complying with The Central Board of Film Certificate (CBFC), the makers have altered the lyrics to ‘Laila Teri Loot Legi’ in order to get the promo on air for television promotion.
Says director Sanjay Gupta,“The original version of the song had the lyrics, Laila Teri Le Legi. If we had to retain these words, the Censor Board would’ve given it an adult rating and we would not have been able to air the track on television during prime time. So we have changed the words to Laila Tujhe Loot Legi.”
Adds Tanuj Garg, CEO Balaji Motion Pictures, “Various modifications had to be made in the promo at the behest of CBFC to get it aired on TV”.
