Salman Khan has returned at the UK Box Office with a bang. His latest production starring himself, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, released by Zee Studios opened at No.8 on the official UK Box Office charts.
The title is the widest release for Zee Studios at 192 locations. The Salman Khan – Pooja Hegde starrer released on Friday, 21st April with no previews. It collected an impressive £292,627 over its opening weekend, with a site average of £1,524.
Pakistani film Money Back Guarantee starring Fawad Khan also opened during the weekend 21st-23r April. Released by Zashko Films, it released in 69 locations, grossing £28.335, with a site average of £411.
Other Indian films opened during the weekend include Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae – £71,365 from 54 locations; Virupaksha – £47,075 from 31 locations; Kadina Kadoramee Andakadaham – £1,783 from 20 locations; Neelavelicham – £1,745 from 9 locations; Ayalvaashi – £1,074 from 9 locations.
This week the highly-anticipated Aishwarya Rai Bachchan-Vikram starrer Ponniyin Selvan 2 will open across cinemas.
