Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures UK is still screening Ahan Shetty’s debut film Tadap in select UK cinemas, even though it is available on streaming platform Hotstar UK since last week.
The Milan Luthria directorial has collected £1,886 from 9 sites in its ninth weekend (28th-30th Jan) at the UK box office, bringing the total to £187,060. The UK is the highest grossing overseas territory for this Fox Star Studios production.
Reliance Entertainment‘s 83 starring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone has raked in £5,055 from 14 sites in its sixth weekend. The total gross now stands at £579,770 and is steadily inching towards last year’s highest grossing Indian film Sooryavanshi.
The Malayalam coming-of-age drama Hridayam has so far collected £92,327. The film screened at 83 sites in the UK. Additionally, the film took in £19,700 from 18 sites in its second weekend in Ireland, with the total gross at £25,300.
RFT Films released the film in the UK, while Qualite Entertainments released Hridayam in Ireland.
