Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has received accolades throughout her career for her looks, fitness and success scale.
In her next release Cocktail, Deepika plays the role of Veronica which also stars Saif Ali Khan, Diana Penty, Boman Irani and Dimple Kapadia.
In an interview with Vogue India Deepika Padukone said, “Being skinny is not ‘hot and happening’ at all; rather, a toned, athletic body is the way to go!”
Being the daughter of Badminton champion, fitness and health consciousness comes naturally to her. All her hard work is evident in every sequence of the Cocktail promos.
Her bikini sequence in the trailer of Cocktail has become the talk of the town. The actress has given an important tip to people seeking for a fit body: “If you don’t like the gym, get involved in a sport, take dance lessons or do the kind of physical activity that interests you.”
Cocktail is releases on 13th July, 2012 in the UK. The movie is directed by Homi Adajania, produced by Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan and co-produced by Sunil Lulla.
