Atif Aslam enthralled audiences as the headline act for Dhamaka 2012 at The O2 on Sunday 22nd April and even extended the timeline of his performance after Sonu Nigam could not be part of the show, due to unforeseen circumstances.
The ‘Tu Jaane Na‘ singer was supported by Bolly Flex, a dance group that appeared on Sky1’s Got to Dance. The group performed twice on popular Bollywood songs such as Chammak Challo, Chikni Chameli and Sheila Ki Jawaani.
Aslam entertained his fans with songs from his albums and popular tracks recorded for Bollywood films during his 4 hours appearance at the worlds most famous venue.
Atif Aslam makes history as the first Pakistani singer to perform at this coveted venue, joining the likes of Prince and the late Whitney Housten and Michael Jackson, whose ‘This is it’ tour was to take place and Jackson practiced there before his sad demise.
