Moviegoers Entertainment is releasing Shah Rukh Khan starrers Ra.One and Devdas in several Cineworld sites in the UK.
Cineworld hosted a retro Hindi-language season in September screening Shah Rukh Khan blockbusters such as Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kal Ho Naa Ho.
In fact, Kal Ho Naa Ho, also released by Moviegoers Entertainment on Saturday 21st September, grossed an impressive £10.717 from 18 Cineworld locations higher than new Indian releases such as Yudhra and Kahan Shuru Kahan Khatam.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas starring Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit will release on 8th November. The film had its world premiere at Cannes Film Festival in 2002 and earned a BAFTA nomination.
Produced by and starring Shah Rukh Khan, the sci-fi family entertainer Ra.One, largely filmed in London, also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Rampal. The film will release in Cineworld locations on 22nd November. The film had a huge UK Box Office opening following a starry World Premiere at Cineworld O2.
