Yash Raj Films will release the third installment of the Tiger series starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in UK cinemas next year, 21st April 2023.
The studio made the announcement through a special video released today.
In the video, leading lady Katrina Kaif is practising action choreography with stunt coordinators. She then walks up to a resting figure and says “Your turn” and obviously it is revealed to be none other than Salman Khan himself. Questioning if he’s ready, Khan simply replies “Tiger is always ready” in his unique style.
The film is directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra. Both previous films starring the Salman and Katrina in the series made a splash at the UK box office. Ek Tha Tiger (2012) collected a total gross of £1,416,743 at the UK box office, while Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) raked in £1,780,252.
